Whilst APOD does everything in their power to ensure their business partners act in accordance with their contracted arrangement with APOD, sometimes the unexplainable happens.
Firstly, please check that you have provided the correct form of redemption as provided on the APOD website promotional page. If you have used the correct promotional code and the offer is still displaying as current on the APOD website, please contact the business as per the contact details provided on the offer page. This is your first point of contact.
Please provide the business with as much detail as you can, including time, date, method of redemption (store location or online) product you were purchasing, and any other detail that is relevant. If possible, please provide all error messages and screen shots, receipts etc. It will then be up to them to advise you of the outcome as soon as possible. Please allow a minimum of 48 hrs for them to come back to you.
If the business fails to respond via their customer service department to your satisfaction, please forward details of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can investigate further.
