If you have forgotten or need to reset your APOD password, simply follow the instructions below to set a new, secure password.
Step 1. Click the “login” button on the APOD homepage or https://apod.com.au/myaccount/ into your web browser.
Step 2. Click the Reset Password button next to “Forgot your Password?”
Step 3. Enter your email address and click the “Re-Send Verification Pin” button.
Note: You must use the email address that is linked to your APOD account. If you do not have an APOD login, you will need to register for a new account.
Step 4. Check your email to confirm you have received an email from APOD and follow instructions to reset your password.
Note: Emails are usually delivered in under a few minutes but if you haven't received your email, please ensure:
- you have entered your email on the APOD page correctly
- you check your junk/spam folder
Step 5. Copy the 6-digit pin code from your email and enter it on the password verification page.
Alternatively, you can click on the link below the OTP pin in your email to continue the verification process. Verification will begin automatically once you enter your 6-digit pin.
Note: This PIN is valid for 15 minutes from the time of generation. If your PIN is incorrect or expired, you will need to request another PIN from the password reset page.
Step 6. Once the OTP verification is successful, you will be able to enter a new password in the fields provided. If required, click on the icon to view and confirm that you have entered the intended password and click the blue “Save Password” button to save your new password.
Once your APOD password is reset, you will be taken your Account page where you can view your membership details.
